9.Application

   H10   is used for making hot extrusion mould, hot die,hot forged die, plastic die,

mainly used in die casting die for aluminum alloy.

10.Quenching and tempering

Quenching temperature is 1010-1040°c, oil cooling and air cooling, hardness is 50-55HRC

Tempering temperature is 600--620°c, hardness is 50-55HRC, 620-640°c,hardness is 40-55HRC

Annealed hardness ≤229HBS
